SLD Web site provides the latest news and updates on the e-rate program as
well as events scheduled by SLD. How to Apply Step-by-Step The How to Apply
area of the SLD Web site provides a ten-step process to guide you through your
application for e-rate funding. Apply Online The Apply Online area of the SLD
Web site provides the opportunity for schools and libraries to file their Form
470 and Form 471 electronically. Reference Area The Reference area of the SLD
Web site provides a wealth of information about the e-rate program. This
section includes information and guidance on all phases of the program
including the necessary forms, instructions for completing forms, supporting
documents, and a compilation of frequently asked questions. Vendor Area The
Vendor area of the SLD Web site provides vendors with resources to search Form
470 applications that will assist them in submitting bids to schools and
libraries. This area also provides useful information for service providers in
learning about and complying with the e-rate program. Funding Data The Funding
Data area of the SLD Web site provides information about funding commitments
made to the schools and libraries that have applied for e-rate support.
SLD Forms The SLD Forms area of the SLD Web site provides all the SLD forms
and instructions. The forms and instructions may be downloaded in both
formats, PC and Macintosh.
