Service Provider Weekly Conference Call

A conference call for service providers is held every other week. The calls
are a forum in which service providers can raise issues or concerns or ask for
clarification of rules or requirements. An agenda is provided for the calls.
Following the agenda portion of the call, a general question and answer
session is held.
The calls are moderated by Ellen Wolfhagen, Director, Service Provider
Outreach. The calls begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and conclude by 3:00 p.m.
Eastern Time.
